Raises and thrusts out the lower lip to make a pout.

WHERE ARE THEY:
Between the eyebrows.
WHAT DO THEY DO:
Pulls the eyebrows down and together.

ORBICULARIS OCULI
WHERE ARE THEY?
Circular muscle of the eye.
WHAT DO THEY DO?
Closes the eyelids, squints the eye, and aids in the passing and draining of tears

LEVATOR LABII SUPERERIORIS / DEPRESSOR LABII INFERIORIS
WHERE ARE THEY:
Muscles surrounding the mouth.
WHAT DOES IT DO:
Pulls the upper and lower lips up- and down respectively when we smile and frown.

FRONTALIS MUSCLE
WHERE ARE THEY:
Muscles surrounding the forehead
WHAT DO THEY DO?
Lifts the eyebrows, makes horizontal forehead wrinkles when we are surprised.
