If your product is damaged or faulty, please email our customer service team immediately including a photo of the damage or fault.

CHANGE OF MIND
We are unable to refund or exchange a product due to change of mind. Please ensure that you are purchasing the correct product at the time of ordering.
Due to system limitations, we are unable to give a store credit or swap products once an order has been made. We can however, cancel and refund item/s if your order has not left our Despatch Department yet.
